访问 CloudStreamer（"服务"）即表示您同意遵守以下条款。
1. 账户责任
- 您有责任维护您的登录凭证的机密性。
- 您不得与未经授权的一方共享您的账户。
- 您账户下的所有活动均由您负责。
2. 使用规则
- 您只能上传您合法拥有或有权使用的内容。
- 您不得上传恶意软件、加密货币挖矿程序或非法内容。
- 您不得尝试逆向工程或破坏平台。
3. 计费与余额
- 服务按运行时长的每分钟计费。
- 如果您的余额归零，所有正在运行的应用将自动停止。
- 我们不提供自动退款；请联系客服进行余额调整。
4. 服务可用性
- 我们力求高可用性，但不保证100%正常运行时间。
- 计划维护将尽可能提前通知。
5. 终止
我们保留在通知或不通知的情况下，暂停或终止违反本条款的账户的权利。
6. 适用法律
本条款受中国法律管辖，不考虑法律冲突条款。

By accessing CloudStreamer ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Account Responsibility
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials.
- You must not share your account with unauthorized parties.
- All activity under your account is your responsibility.
2. Usage Rules
- You may only upload content you legally own or have permission to use.
- You may NOT upload malware, cryptominers, or illegal content.
- You may not attempt to reverse-engineer or disrupt the platform.
3. Billing & Balance
- Services are billed per-minute based on runtime duration.
- If your balance reaches zero, all running applications will be automatically stopped.
- We do not offer automatic refunds; contact support for balance adjustments.
4. Service Availability
- We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime.
- Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
5. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, with or without notice.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Hunan, China, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
